With a passion for both operational excellence and creative storytelling, Kamille-Ann Lynch-Griffith has built a dynamic career at the intersection of business, film, and event management. She strengthened her expertise in festival and event management by managing logistics, coordinated training workshops, oversaw festival operations, and maintained essential industry partnerships. She was instrumental in developing film-related projects, managing procurement, and executing industry events.

As well as played a pivotal role in structuring project proposals, overseeing budgets, and ensuring transparent reporting and auditing. With extensive experience in project management, strategic planning, and event coordination, Kamille-Ann continues to drive impactful initiatives in the creative and film industries, blending her operational expertise with her deep-rooted love for storytelling. Miss Lynch-Griffith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, alongside an Associate Degree in Computer Studies, an Association of Business Executive (ABE) Diploma in Business Management, and a Pearson Higher National Diploma (HND) in Creative Media Production.
