JAVED KHAN

Mr Javed Khan is a highly accomplished Senior Engineer and Project Management Executive with over 13 years of proven success in directing large-scale projects and strategic initiatives across multiple industries. As a Head of Department, he has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects from inception through to completion. Mr Khan holds a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics Engineering, a Master of Science in Project Management, and a Master of Business Administration.

He is a certified Project Management. Professional (PMP), a Registered Engineer (R.Eng), and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad and Tobago (APETT). During his tenure at the Ministry of Community Development, Culture, and the Arts, Mr Khan delivered impactful development projects, notably enhancing facilities such as the Naparima Bowl and other cultural performance spaces. Appointed to the Board in October 2023, he now serves as the Convener of the Building and Tenders Committee, where he applies his extensive project management and engineering expertise to support and oversee critical organisational initiatives.
